Big Dreams & Near Death Experiences as Life Changing Events
This presentation explores the intriguing commonalities between near-death experiences (NDEs) and Big Dreams (e.g., visitation, lucid dreams, health-related dreams). Who is the person living your dream life?
In this workshop, we pay special attention to the dream self: that person who takes over on your night shift. They live a very different life. After an introduction, participants will work in pairs to learn how to open up a dialogue with the dream self. Results can be surprising.

Make Your Dream Journal a Book of Transformation
Dream journaling has many well-known benefits, including improved dream recall and the ability to understand the messages and meanings in dreams. But the habit can be difficult to start and sustain. In this workshop, we’ll use intuitive sketches, collage, and poetic dream writing to inspire a nurturing and productive, life-long journaling practice.
